1.1. Please note that the web portal/service under the name “Alright” (“Platform”) – https://alright.watch/ is owned, managed, and operated by Rusk Media Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of India, having its registered office at 37, 1st Floor, Community Centre, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, India (hereinafter collectively referred to as “We,” “Company,” “Us,” or “Our”).
2. GENERAL TERMS

For the purpose of these Terms herein above, wherever the context so requires, the terms “You,” “you,” “Your,” “your,” or “User,” shall mean and include any person who visits, browses, uses, or accesses the Platform, avails any of the Services (as defined below) of the Platform, or any person who registers himself/herself on the Platform by creating an Account (as defined below) on the Platform.
2.2. We provide a wide variety of online mobile games, skill-based Alright contests (as defined below), and such other content streaming formats (“Game(s)”) as may be introduced by the Company from time to time for the Users to participate and play, either for free or upon payment and further win rewards, in accordance with the terms and conditions as contained herein. These Terms govern your use of the Platform and other services and features provided by us through the Platform (“Services”).
2.3. We do not endorse or offer ‘Games of Chance’ (as defined below) to the User on the Platform. Each Game that is available on the Platform has clearly defined rules. You are encouraged to read, understand, and follow these rules and/or regulations before participating in any such Game. We shall not be liable if you do not adhere to the Game rules or otherwise engage in gambling or betting activities on/through the Platform, which shall solely be at your sole risk.
2.4. You are requested to read these Terms carefully before accepting the same and moving forward to using and accessing the Platform or availing any Service.

Therefore, by impliedly or expressly agreeing to be bound by these Terms and/or through use and access of Services of Platform, the User also agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, as may be updated, amended, or revised from time to time.
2.8. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, amend, or update the Terms, at its discretion, from time to time, and such amended provisions of the Terms shall be effective immediately upon being posted/uploaded on the Platform.

It is hereby clarified that the Company/Platform may, from time to time, change provisions related to any of the Services, which also include changing the extent and scope of the Services and/or include any other category of service or facility within the term ‘Service,’ at the sole discretion of the Platform. You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to ‘LAST UPDATED’ at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform shall be deemed to signify Your acceptance of these provisions or amended provisions of these Terms. It shall be the User’s responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. It is further clarified that the User’s use and access of the Platform/Service(s) is subject to the most recent version of these Terms made available on the Platform at the time of such use.
3. ACCOUNT DEFINITION
“Account" shall mean the account/user profile created by the Users on the Platform by submitting the User Data, in accordance with the terms as specified herein.
Your subscription to the Alright service will be renewed automatically, until you deactivate the service.
By subscribing to Alright, you accept to receive renewal and content recommendation alerts through SMS.
If you wish to subscribe to the service, visit https://alright.watch.
If you wish to deactivate or unsubscribe from the service, visit the My Account section of your mobile.
By accessing this portal, you agree to and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Safaricom reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions ("Terms") of the Service and Disclaimer, including without limitation the right to suspend, discontinue, or cancel the Service without any prior notification. You are advised to regularly review the Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and any amendments thereto, you must not use this site/service.
The Content (i.e., content, data, software, text, information, images, sounds, music, photographs, communications, or other materials) provided on this site is intended for personal non-commercial use.
The Content provided through the Service is owned by Rusk Media Private Limited, its partners, its affiliates, third-party content providers with whom Rusk Media Private Limited has a business relationship. The Copyright in the Content provided through this Service is held by Rusk Media Private Limited or the third-party content provider or by the original creator of the Content.
Rusk Media Private Limited will endeavour to provide rightfully sourced content with a focus on ethnic and regional sentiments/commitments. In the event all or any part of the supplied content(s), and or its use or application, is/are found to be offensive, it is purely unintentional.

By using Alright content streaming services, you accept to receive SMS texts and SMS links on your mobile number for all content.
Alright offers the user a subscription-based content streaming service.
To enjoy/play the subscription services, the user needs to be an active subscriber, where the subscription charges are mentioned on the portal along with the duration of the service. This is an auto-renewal service. You will not be able to stream content if you unsubscribe from the service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Subscription Plans
Alright, operated by Rusk Media, offers two types of auto-renewing subscription plans: Quarterly and Yearly. Subscriptions provide access to exclusive content and features available only to paid users.
- Payment and Renewal
All subscription payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on the platform used for subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period once a payment has been processed. All payments made through Google Play and Apple App Store are subject to their respective refund policies:
