When You purchase a subscription package for access to the Platform, payment processing is facilitated exclusively through one or more third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway service providers, app store operators, or other authorised online or mobile payment service providers (collectively, "Payment Processors"). At no point does the Platform itself collect, store, or process Your complete credit/debit card number or full bank account details.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY & PARENTAL CONTROLS

The Platform and its services are not intended for individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age, and We do not knowingly collect, possess, store, or process Personal Information or data from persons under 18 years of age without verified parental or guardian consent, in compliance with applicable laws including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and global child protection standards.

2. Upon receipt of a valid request, We will verify Your identity and take reasonable steps to delete Your Personal Information from Our active records, unless retention is required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
3. We will process and confirm completion of Your request within forty-eight (48) working hours from verification, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations.
