Refund and Cancellation Policy

Alright!TV Premium is a subscription plan offering unlimited viewing access to all shows on the Alright!TV app for the duration of the selected subscription period.

Subscription durations currently available are 3 days, 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months. These plans may be revised by the Company for new users at any time without prior notice.

At Alright!TV, we strive to deliver a seamless and entertaining experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any subscription on the Platform.

a. Clear Refund Policy Details

1) General Policy

All purchases made on the Alright!TV app, including trial, monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions, are final and non-refundable, unless specifically directed by the Company under exceptional circumstances.

2) Subscriptions

Our subscription plans may include auto-renewals to ensure uninterrupted access to Alright!TV shows. Please note:

  • Users on a paid trial are not eligible for a refund upon first auto-renewal.
  • Renewals after the initial paid subscription are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for canceled subscriptions.

3) Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the Company and only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate or erroneous transactions where a user is charged more than once for the same service.
  • Technical errors attributable to the application that result in non-delivery or failure to activate a purchased subscription or paid service.

Refunds shall not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, partial usage, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use the purchased service.

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7-10 working days, subject to applicable banking and payment gateway timelines.
